Option: 1
You may take the class and complete a packet to be sent to DPS with your payment. You will need to have passport photos taken at someplace like Walgreen's, prior to the class and bring them with you. We complete the classroom instruction and the range qualification the same day. After your packet is received by DPS with your payment, you will receive a confirmation and then you can schedule an appointment with L1 to get your prints taken.
DPS, Walgreen's and L1 charge you for the services and are not part of the CHL class fee.

Apply on line with DPS by clicking here. Complete the application and print the confirmation page and other information. Get passport photos taken at someplace like Walgreen's and bring to the class. Schedule an appointment with L1 for your prints. Take the class and complete the instruction and the range qualification the same day. Send the rest of the information to DPS as instructed.

Renewal
You must apply on line with DPS and receive your confirmation prior to taking the class. We offer same day class and range qualification.
Your previous photos and fingerprints will be used by DPS unless they are not scanable. DPS will notify you if there are any problems so you can correct what is needed. If a new photo is required, you can go to someplace such as Walgreen's and get passport photos taken. If you need new prints, you will be able to contact L1 in McKinney and get digital prints taken. SHECAMI will no longer provide photos or prints.

Basic Firearms Instruction Classes
$120 (3 - 4 hours)
per person
Are you new to firearms and want to learn the basics? Or, maybe you just want to get better!
We teach you the basic information that will help you become more confident while handling a firearm. From stance, to grip... you will be familiar with all aspects of shooting. From sighting to trigger pull... you will be familiar with hitting your target. From cleaning to stripping... you will be familiar with maintaining a firearm. This is only part of what you will learn.
This class is limited to only one or two students per class.

Sales

We will provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
If we believe you can find a better deal elsewhere, we will point you in that direction. If our quote is acceptable,
you will provide payment in full, we will place the order and contact you the day the firearm arrives.
When you pick up the firearm, all required paperwork and checks will be completed, at no additional charge.
Transfers
Need a FFL to have a firearm shipped to?
We can help. Contact us with the sellers information (name, address, phone number, email address)
and we will handle the transaction from there. Note: If buying from someone that does NOT
hold a FFL, the seller will be required to send us a valid Drivers License - front and back - no exceptions! You, the buyer, must hold a valid form of identification (Texas Drivers License) and
reside at the address shown on the ID.
Cost per transfer:
$20.00 if you hold a Texas CHL
$25.00 for non-CHL holders
